Does it work with my POS?

Direct POS integrations are coming soon. The first wave includes Square, Toast, SpotOn, and Clover. Until your POS has a direct integration, Soulid can send confirmed orders and bookings via SMS or email to your team, and your staff can enter them manually into your system. Many pilot restaurants manage this seamlessly during setup.

What if we close on Sundays or certain days?

You set your operating hours in the dashboard. Soulid only answers calls during the hours you specify. If you're closed, callers hear a message letting them know your next opening. This respects your schedule completely — whether you close Sundays, Mondays, or run shortened hours on certain days.

Can it handle seasonal promotions (summer, winter, festivals, Eid, Christmas)?

Yes. You update your menu, special offers, and business info in the dashboard in seconds, and Soulid immediately uses that information on the next call. During seasonal rushes, festivals, or holiday specials (Eid, Christmas, summer events), Soulid knows what you're promoting and can inform callers, suggest items, and capture orders accurately.

Can the AI phone agent take payments?

Not currently. Soulid captures the order details, confirms the pickup or reservation time, and passes the order to your team. Your staff takes payment at pickup or confirms the reservation. Payment processing is on the roadmap for future versions.
