Upgrade anytime. If you start on Starter during the trial and move to Growth after the 6 weeks, you pay the Growth rate from that point. The pricing adjustment is prorated—no penalties, no hidden fees.

No setup fees. Onboarding is included. We'll get you live in 1–2 weeks, set up your existing phone number, train your staff, and make sure the first orders come through correctly. All part of your monthly plan.

You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. No long-term lock-in. No exit fees. If you cancel mid-month, you'll be refunded for the unused portion of the month, prorated daily.

Soulid captures orders, bookings, and customer details and sends them to your team via dashboard, SMS, WhatsApp, or kitchen printer. For deeper POS integration (auto-sync orders), that's included in Growth and Multi-Site plans. Talk to us during your demo about your specific setup.

Yes. Soulid answers your existing phone number. No need to change it, advertise a new one, or update your website. The transition is seamless—during onboarding, we'll move your number over during your quietest hours (usually early morning or a quiet Sunday).

Soulid respects your operating hours. If someone calls outside those hours, they hear a message like "We're closed, but we'll be open tomorrow at 10am. Call back then." Soulid doesn't take orders or bookings when you're closed—no chaos from midnight orders.

Minimal training needed. Soulid handles the phone; staff just get alerts when orders come in or bookings are made. They respond as normal. During onboarding, we'll run a 30-minute staff meeting so everyone knows what to expect. You'll be ready to go within days, not weeks.
